These lesson plans, teachers’ notes and associated resources are intended for use in religious supplementary schools, such as Muslim madrasas, Christian Sunday Schools and Hindu and Sikh schools, with pupils aged 10 – 13 years.

They are designed to help build an understanding of other faiths.  The programme aims to create and maintain respectful and meaningful relationships between young people from different communities, and also to build bridges between different groups within religious faiths.

The plans use examples from different religious writings, to stimulate discussion and inter-faith understanding.
